Finance Committee
Responsibilities include managing QuickBooks to include recording MPOA income and expenses, to confirm certificates of deposits, to assist with the preparation of MPOA's annual budget, and to review the annual audit of accounts performed by MPOA's accountant.

Parks & Recreation Committee
Responsibilities include maintenance of playground equipment and other facilities on park grounds, maintenance of the subdivision entrance, maintenance and restocking of lakes, and planning/funding of neighborhood activities such as Halloween in the Park and Trick or Treating, Pops in the Park and 4th of July Fireworks. The Committee also submits an annual budget to the Association which projects annual expenses, projects, and activities related to the parks.

Enforcement Committee
Responsibilities include assisting with the enforcement of all restrictions outlined in MPOA's deed of restrictions and covenants. This includes, but is not limited to: use of the lakes and facilities, non-conforming vehicles, dog and pet complaints, boat size regulations, use of roadways, construction complaints, removal of solicitors, and removal of individuals from unauthorized use of undeveloped areas.
