Every year in the late Spring, the Lake Ladies organize a Neighborhood Garage Sale. Participating households pay a small fee, which helps pay for advertising placed in local papers and signage. There's also a refreshment stand at the tennis court park. Details will be posted for the 2014 garage sale in the Spring.
