MPOA has an annual meeting to discuss and approve annual budgets, expenditures, and other neighborhood issues. Also at these meetings, election of Board Members and Officers occur. Board and Officer meetings throughout the year are open to its home owners as well. The president typically announces the next annual meeting time/date every winter.
